Our Purpose

As many of you know, here at Two Hundred Doors our purpose is to empower women with the confidence they need to create their best selves. This year we’ve set an ambitious goal to empower 1,000 women directly through different aspects of our business.

To achieve this, we’ve established an internal professional development programme for our team, partnered with BNZ to increase our employee’s financial literacy and implemented additional business mentorship education programmes for our skin centre owners and professional skin therapists.

Reaching further than just our staff and stockists - We want every woman to feel empowered in independence, which is why Two Hundred Doors and Dermalogica proudly support the good work of Women’s Refuge and to help raise funds for safe nights in.

Every night, over 160 women in Aotearoa New Zealand need a safe place to escape to. Women's Refuge aims to liberate women, children, families and whanau from family violence by providing quality services and social commentary. The Dermalogica NZ website has an optional $2 donation at the checkout for consumers to add to their cart, which Two Hundred Doors is proud to match. To date, we have gifted 116 safe nights and counting to New Zealand women.
